Delivery times will be between 4–12 days depending on your location and how far you are from our base warehouse in Mullumbimby. All standard free deliveries are sent by road.

If you need your order urgently, please choose the Express Post option. In this case, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

Shipping within Australia

Standard shipping is sent with Sendle and takes between 4–12 days after dispatch.

Express Post tracked by Australia Post takes between 1–3 business days after dispatch.

We will always try our best to send your order as soon as possible. Handling takes 1–3 business days. If your order is particularly urgent – please let us know in an email.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Shipping internationally

Standard international tracked post takes 10–14 business days.

Express international post takes 5–8 business days.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs duties and import taxes. We do everything we can to ensure that customs understand that it is a private purchase and should not charge you. However, international customers are responsible for the customs duties and taxes within their own country.

Processing and delivery times

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
