SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy

All orders are sent from our Australian-based warehouse.

We are so happy to offer you free shipping within Australia for orders over $180!
Delivery times will be between 4–12 days depending on your location and how far you are from our base warehouse in Mullumbimby. All standard free deliveries are sent by road.
If you need your order urgently, please choose the Express Post option. In this case, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

Shipping within Australia

Standard shipping is sent with Sendle and takes between 4–12 days after dispatch.

Express Post tracked by Australia Post takes between 1–3 business days after dispatch.

We will always try our best to send your order as soon as possible. Handling takes 1–3 business days. If your order is particularly urgent – please let us know in an email.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Shipping internationally

Standard international tracked post takes 10–14 business days.

Express international post takes 5–8 business days.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs requirements before ordering.

Processing and delivery times

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at style@revtalatelier.com.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
